What I offer
Group Classes
Matwork classes are held in my garden studio in Ansty and limited to 6 per class. Enjoy the benefits of individual attention in these warm and welcoming classes. Expect a laugh, a stretch and a challenge!
Strengthen your whole body, learn how to efficiently breathe again, improve muscular imbalances, release restricted muscles but most importantly, teach your body how to take these principles into everyday life.

If you are looking to focus on a particular need or goal, are new to Pilates or would prefer a session bespoke to you with absolute personalised attention these sessions are for you. Challenge and move your body through the matwork exercises using small props to enhance your movement. The individual attention will ensure precision and correct form in a supportive environment to achieve your personal goals.
You may just prefer the 1:1 sessions or you may just need a few sessions to gain the strength and knowledge of the Pilates repertoire to then safely join a Pilates group class. Any questions at all please do contact me, happy to discuss what would be best for you.
Costs
£50 per session (1 hour)
£270 block of 6 (£45 per session)
