Hi, I’m Tiffany

Health & Nutrition Coach, Sussex based Pilates Teacher & Retreat Host. My mission is to help busy women who are juggling it all—so caught up in the demands of everyday life they’ve forgotten how to put themselves first. You know something needs to change, but when life feels overwhelming, where do you even start?

My philosophy is that optimal health is different for everyone but for everyone it should be SIMPLE, it should be SUSTAINABLE and above all else it should be ENJOYABLE. I have been there doing all the things I ‘should’ be doing and not getting the results because when you look at the bigger picture you are unique, health is not a one size fits all approach. We so often miss the biggest part of the puzzle, the foundations, the root cause, your lifestyle, how to put it all into action. Health is so much more than supplements and ‘healthy’ food. Reclaim YOU, become the YOU…that is energised, motivated, balanced and OWNING your health.

Utterly biased of course but I truly believe that Pilates is the most empowering form of exercise, changing your body to manage the strains of life, transforming the way you feel and the way you move. It gives you a body that is strong, mobile, flexible, enhancing functional movement from your teens to your 90s.

Joseph Pilates exercise regime was all about health re-educating your body and mind to undo the damage of stress and immobility of modern life.
