My role as your health coach is to educate and empower you, helping you understand what’s happening in your body and how to support it – gently, holistically, and in a way that fits your life.

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT?

This programme includes:

90-minute Lifestyle & Nutrition Assessment.
This gives us the time to understand your health history, symptoms, routines, stress load and goals in detail. Insight into energy, blood sugar and metabolism.

A Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM).
So decisions are based on data, not assumptions. By tracking your blood sugar response alongside a food journal we clearly see what supports your energy, hormones and metabolism and what doesn't. Clients consistently say this is the point where things finally make sense. I review this closely with you, identifying patterns and making targeted adjustments based on real data.

1:1 coaching.
You'll receive 12 weeks of personalised coaching, with sessions every two weeks (online or in person). Each session is used to review progress, refine your plan and support you through real-life challenges.

Support between sessions.
You have messaging support Monday to Friday, so questions and issues don't build up or derail progress. A plan built around your body and your life.

A personalised nutrition, movement and lifestyle plan.
Designed to support hormones, energy, digestion, sleep and stress — without rigidity or overwhelm.

Education that lasts.
You'll be guided with clear explanations, resources, recipes and shopping lists so you understand why changes matter and can sustain them long-term.
